Refund policy

Bakes are non-refundable upon purchase due to hygiene reasons

Only Missing Items will be refunded or exchanged for items with equal value as in the event that not all bakes in your order turn out perfect.

However we reserve the decision to refund or not should there be a missing/not up-to-standard item.
